Hearing Aid Products

We offer a range of different hearing aid brands to meet your hearing loss, lifestyle, needs, and wants. Hearing aids have advanced very rapidly over the past decade. In fact, new hearing aids come into the market every few months. As Oklahoma City hearing aids experts, we can help you find the devices that fit your hearing, style, and budget. There are many listening environments the hearing aids collect data from (No, it won't track if you go to Chick-fil-a daily), but they take into account noisy environments, quiet areas, and when you're listening to music.  As a bonus, just about all devices we fit have Bluetooth and Rechargeability options.

Hearing devices are an investment. Most high-quality hearing aids will last between 4-7 years if you take care of them. Hearing devices need ongoing maintenance (just like oil changes for your car) to extend their life and keep you hearing like you need to.  We provide walk-in 10-step hearing aid checks that deep clean and check for functionality of the devices. For the convenience of our patients, we offer 2 service plans when you purchase the devices in our clinic. We

Hearing Aid Styles

Hearing aids come in many shapes, styles, and sizes. There are many different options, because each person is unique. What works perfectly for one person may be uncomfortable for another.

We offer a variety of different hearing aid styles. These include in-canal, in-ear, and behind-the-ear styles. While many patients come to our office preferring an invisible in-canal style, there are advantages to other styles as well. We’ll explain the differences and the trade-offs, so you can be empowered to choose for yourself.

Assistive Listening Devices

Sometimes hearing aids are just not enough. Whether on the telephone, or talking to someone in a less than perfect listening situation, you may need something more. American Hearing Aid Center & Audiology is not only a Oklahoma City hearing aids provider; we can also help our patients get assistive listening devices (ALDs) if they need them.

ALDs are accessories that can be used with your hearing aids to improve your hearing abilities. These systems preferentially boost the signal that you want to hear, helping you to hear clearly despite distance, background noise, echo, or other interference.

Depending on your hearing loss diagnosis, lifestyle, and current hearing aids, there is a multitude of helpful items available. These include 1-on-1 personal amplifiers, induction loop systems, FM and infrared systems, and more. Dr. Witzke can help you figure out which assistive listening devices would be most useful to you. She’ll take the time to talk with you about your needs, and help you select the items that would improve your daily life the most.
